תניא אידך המוכר שדה לחבירו והשביחה ובא בעל חוב וטרפה כשהוא גובה אם השבח יותר על היציאה נוטל את השבח מבעל הקרקע והיציאה מבעל חוב ואם היציאה יתירה על השבח אין לו אלא הוצאה שיעור שבח מבעל חוב
